Delivery Schedule and Order Timing Requirements
Please allow up to 48 hours for the delivery date for any cocktail kits or other orders to happen.
Delivery Rules
For apartments, we do not enter buildings. Packages will be delivered to the front door. You will be contacted by phone or text prior to our arrival so you can meet the driver.
For buildings with reception/concierge, packages can be left with them.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes
We do not leave cocktail kits unattended and we will not come back to re-attempt delivery. If you are not home to accept delivery, please email hsdosanj@gmail.com
Delivery Receiving
All cocktail kits and bitter orders must be received by someone who is 19 years of age or older. Proof of age will be required. Government-issued photo ID. No exceptions.
ID presented must match the name on the delivery or we must be informed of an alternative recipient prior to delivery. If this condition or any other condition of our delivery terms are not met, the order will not be delivered and we will schedule an alternative pickup date.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery to any individual who fails to produce a Government-issued ID upon request. No refund will be provided in cases where the customer cannot produce a valid ID indicating they are 19 years of age or older.
