Arabica Coffee

Harvested from a specific blend of original and hybrid Arabica cultivars, the Arabica Coffee Bitters is intensely aromatic, slightly sweet and smoky, with a hint of wild berries and citrus. Coffee beans are a blend of Bourbon and other varietals purchased fair-trade and roasted by East Van Roasters in BC.

Beverage recommendations: Best served with: cognac & brandy, rum, world whiskies, tequila & mezcal, oak-matured spirits, chartreuse & bitter liqueurs, sherry & vermouths, hot chocolate, and tropical fruits

Cooking recommendations: Meat & vegetable seasoning. Brines, marinades and sauces- a spice rack in a bottle! Replaces vanilla extract in baking and pastry recipes.
