Grapefruit & Hops

Bright and vibrant fresh grapefruit peel meets floral, herbaceous and bitter fresh Lillooet hops; soft South Asian peppercorns and bitter cinchona. Hop flowers are grown and harvested in BC.

Beverage recommendations: White spirits, blended scotch & Irish whiskies, dry vermouth and other aromatized wines, sherry, sparkling or flat water, zero-proof cocktails, beer and cider.

Cooking recommendations: Brilliant with fish and shellfish, replacing the final squeeze of citrus to deglaze or season. We love the herbaceous bitterness, which pushes forward rich and spicy cuisine.
